MARIAH ROBERTS, BCBA, LBA

SENIOR DIRECTOR OF ENRICHMENT (CROSS ROADS)

Mariah Roberts began her career working in a private, special education school / residential facility for students ages 5-21 with severe developmental disabilities, behavioral disorders, and comorbid psychiatric conditions where she worked first in the classroom assistant and later residential team lead. Her time at this school introduced her to ASD and changed her career path forever. She later transitioned to working in the public school system assessing the Autism Specialists for 7 plus years. During her time in the public schools, she supported a wide variety of children with autism in self-contained classrooms, transitional programs and full inclusion form kindergarten to adult education programs. Working with the AST team she focused on providing behavioral support for classroom staff, implementing systems for success in transitioning children to the least restrictive environment and acting as a direct support for classroom teacher, staff and parents. After working in the schools, Mariah moved to Texas where she began her 5-year career working In-home aba services. During this time, she worked with clients from the age of 2 to 18 focusing on early intervention, life skills, and transitional services. Through her dedicated work to families and individuals with disabilities and her passion for providing high-quality and ethical Applied Behavior Analysis services, she was able to work with an agency to open two centers. Mariah helped create a center-based ABA service focused on allowing the client the opportunity to practice fundamental skills needed to help them enter the educational system. She focused services on the thought of the life span of the child and family. Prioritizing the family needs alongside the future of the child. PROPERTY MANAGER

My name is Sean Bagley and I am excited to start this next step of my life by working at 29 Acres. I have been in the education the past 29 years as a teacher, coach and for the last 15 years as an administrator. I received my undergraduate degree from the University of North Texas and my Masters degree in Educational Administration from Texas Women’s University. The reason I got into education was because of the relationships I experienced with my teachers and coaches in high school. That experience shaped my belief that relationships are one of the most important things that matter in peoples lives. Even though my job title is Property Manager, I plan on being involved with all of our residents as much as possible as we work to plan out many of the events that will occur in our 29 Acres Community.
