Director of 29 Acres Transition Academy, BCBA – (Hiring Now)
The Director for the 29 Acres Transition Academy is to oversee and be personally involved the day-to-day operations of Transition Academy. He/she will direct the programming for all students, meet with the Student Coordinators, assist with problem-solving, and provide ongoing training as well as teach specialized classes to students.
Transition Academy Student Coordinator – (Hiring in June)
The Student Coordinator for Transition Academy works with a group of students to improve their independence. This is accomplished by setting weekly goals, teaching life skills, vocational skills, social skills, healthy habits, budgeting, and meal planning, providing cooking assistance and assisting with any other skills to help students become more independent.
Transition Academy Life Skills Coach – (Hiring Now – June)
The Life Skills Coach for Transition Academy provides assistance to students with their planned goals, activites, vocational opportunities and life skills. The Life Skills coach supplies student support for generalizing learned skills as well as teaching new skills. Additionally, he/she furnishes transportation and ensures safety at events in the community.

Recreation Coordinator (Hiring in April)
The Recreation Coordinator is able to instruct a variety of sports skills appropriate to the progression of the client and works directly with clients to ensure success during the program. The Rec Coordinator is responsible for supervision of the clients while participating in recreation programs.
Summer Transition Experience and Enrich 29 Life Skills Coaches (Hiring in April/May)
The Life Skills Coach for Summer Transition Experience and Enrich 29 provides assistance to students with their planned goals, adapted sports (boating program, horseback riding, rock climbing…), vocational opportunities and life skills. The Life Skills coach supplies student support for generalizing learned skills as well as teaching new skills. Additionally, he/she furnishes transportation and ensures safety at events in the community.
