Individualized Support
We understand that once individuals leave the school system, there are few opportunities available for those with higher needs, and/or behavioral challenges, to continue to learn, make friends, acquire new critical skills and thrive.
Our support services are designed for individuals with neurodiversity/IDD who require 1:1 or 1:2 staffing and who seek to strengthen skills in the realm of self help, pre-vocational training, social engagement and reducing maladaptive behaviors. Our services are led by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and are community based, spending approximately 50% of our time in our local communities.

INDIVIDUALIZED
LEARNING
Through one-on-one support and sensory-friendly spaces, clients are encouraged to build trust, express themselves, and engage socially at their own pace and in their own style. We emphasize consistent routines, visual supports, and meaningful interactions to promote comfort, confidence and the opportunity to form friendships. By honoring each individual's communication style and needs, a true sense of inclusion and community emerges.
